For many of us, the adjustment from summer to autumn can be hard. One client hates the month of September; she describes feeling a sense of loss which she simply can’t shake off and therefore feels very low.
It’s not that strange really. After all, we’re part of nature and just as we feel energised when spring arrives, it makes sense that the reverse is true at a time when all around us, plants and trees are dying back ready for winter.
